Volunteer Tree Planting in the Poudre Watershed

  • Vern's Place 4120 W County Rd 54G Laporte, CO, 80535 United States (map)

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER!

Join the Coalition for the Poudre River Watershed (CPRW) and your fellow co-workers for a day of tree planting. In the wake of the historic Cameron Peak Fire of 2020, which burned over 208,000 acres, CPRW has been working with private landowners to restore land by planting native ponderosa pine seedlings. Connect with the land, get your hands dirty, and help heal the watershed!

Date: October 30, 2024

Time: 8:00am-4:00pm (may end sooner depending on how fast trees get planted and how many people participate)

Meeting Location: Vern’s Place - 4120 W County Rd 54G Laporte, CO 80535 (carpooling is highly encouraged for this event!)
