Join the Poudre River Site Conservation Team for a watershed tour and open house to learn about stewardship that benefits people and nature.
Enjoy a tour of several river restoration projects on both private and public lands within the Red Feather Lakes area that are improving riparian health and wildlife habitat while making our watershed more resilient to future wildfires.

Tour Goals:
To celebrate a broad community of river stewardship that benefits both people and nature.
To learn about the Endangered Species Act (ESA), including listing and delisting of species, with PMJM as a local example.
To learn about the Preble’s mouse by looking at a variety of habitat conditions in the watershed.
To learn from examples of management practices to improve habitat.
To recruit more landowners to participate in the SCT and connect landowners with potential project funders and technical expertise partners.
